Everyone is INVISIBLE!!!

I just logged in on my laptop and find that both npc's and pc's are invisible. This includes my own character! The game seems to be working fine on my computer.

My characters seem to invisible from the start screen. All I can see is the glow from their weapons and armor.

Anyone else having the same issue? And does anyone know how this can fixed?

EDIT: Loaded Direct X 9.c and everything is fine now. Thanks to Garmir for info.

I have the same problem. EVeryone and Npc's are invisible, from start screen on. No idea what to do. I have directx 11, everything installed well...

I figured it out!!

you need to download DIRECT X RUNTIME from somewhere
it's freeware, so no charge

and then the game runs fine!!!
