Trying to finish the "Vital Herb" quest

im having trouble getting the Vital Herb quest, and seem to have lost the thread of the quest. does anyone know the names of the various steps to getting it, once the old man in Telus City has sent you off and you have finished the fox tails part? (or is that even part of the Vital Herb chain? im very confused, to say the least!)

    These are the subquest steps~

    1. The True Vital Herb
    2. Yield
    3. Spirit Coupling
    4. Success <Reward>

    i did try to find it in the encyclopedia but couldnt find it...must have not had the right key words.

    I have been trying since you gave me the above links, and i cant find the quests listed anywhere in either my current or upcoming quests. what is weird is that i got the first part of the quest from the NPC, but i cant get the others. i just get a message that i have to be a certain level, and have the Creeper Herb before i can do this quest, and i have both. i have the impression that PWI might have changed the quest names, perhaps?

    has anyone else had this problem?
