Can't Learn Punishing Sting Skill!

Guys, i should have learned punishin sting skill at lvl 11, im now 20 and nothing happened. My spiritual cultivation is perfectly normal, i can't get what is going on. Is that a bug or something? Or i should make a quest or something? Thanks! b:sad

    It comes as a seperate quest, linked to the culti but not part of it.
    Here's the quest:

    • -So head to the Priestess of the Soul at 153, 248
    • -She should have a quest for you, hopefully called reunions?
    • -Then Beckenast the First Mage at 357 241 (go here if she had nothing)
    • -You'll have to kill a Stinging Nettle (should be easy, particularly since you're lvl 20)
    • -You'll get a skillbook as the quest reward
    • -Head over to the skill trainer with the book to learn the skill.

    I warn you by the way, that plant is pretty pathetic =P
