confusing combo from new skills

ok so i was wondering what would happen if a barb i..say pvp would and he used the skill to make a person target him then a psy used wraith escape on him. kinda curious on how itd work. my guess is the skill used 2nd would be the one takeing affect . or ur computer might just raage quite and die XD
