You are incorrect sir,

The cape, neck, rings do exist in Perfect World International. But they only are on Lost City server as we are the only server that went to the PWIC. Which is where the items came from.

    That's a technicality, the build is still impossible. And since it's a PWIC thing, that means that what, 7 people maybe have those items?

    I wonder how should I take this? Am I notorious enough for a topic? Or did you just not want to PM me? If the former, what is the goal? Are you trying to publicly humiliate me? Or are you trying to give some kind of show that even the "great people" are wrong?

    Pretty sure that gear is non tradable and the person asking was in Raging Tides server, so that gear is impossible for him one way or the other.

    So just like GM weapons "exist" they don't exist to us.
