banned alt

I didnt really know where to post this so I'm gonna try here. My alt account is banned, and I know the reason why, but what I dont know is for how long, and I never got ANY mail that explains me reasons for ban or duration. I sent 2 tickets already, and they nicely said " we will answer you in 24h bla bla.." and I never got any answer.

    that respond in 24h is an automated message.
    Dont spam them with tickets, youll have to wait until they respond.
    It could take a few days. Just be patient

    Also, bans aren't allowed to be discussed on the forums, so a mod will end up closing this thread. In any case, you should probably edit your email address out of your post, since that address is linked to your account.

    Remove your email before it gets picked up by a spider and spammed to all holy hell with junk.
    I've quit excluding TW for my faction. But I still hang around to help out those who still enjoy the game under PWEs horrific handling and to have fun in the forums. b:cute
    #Shame about PWEs absolutely craptastic handling of the goons glitching. Remember kids, there's no punishment for breaking the rules here!#
    If you make a valid complaint, your thread will disapear. Don't post it here, post it on other sites where PW can't hide it.

    I dont think they ban for no reason but i know since one week many people got banned for multi-client and shared account (on Harsland), multi-client is allowed but with somes rules, maybe go read the rules to see if there's something in there that can help you understand why you get ban. + like other said you should remove your email from here before get **** too. Good Luck with that and just be patient, with all the bans they are prolly busy with many tickets ^-^.

    anyway, ofc I know why I'm banned, I just wanted know till when. and yes, I edited mail, tnx for hint >_<.

    its like 6 days from my first ticket so I hope it wont take much longer. it took them just one day after report to ban me, but it takes them 6+ days to answer my ticket. I hate it b:cry

    Well i think they only to find gonna be wait their answers, cause many people say the first ban is 24hours than 7 days etc, but depenp for why, like i said i know couple people who got banned recently for multi-client stuff and shared account they all got 24hours-3 days ban, since ur ban since 6 days now and still that mean your case is prolly not like the others.

    And i dont know everything, i just know ban stuff cause i got friends who get banned and my bf was banned last week as well so we check the rules, policy and stuff, and even if wasnt me i know how it suck be banned, but he was ''lucky'' he got a email saying for why and how many time. So if you didnt receive email that mean that could be for a while.

    Anyway Good Luck with that.
