Existing skill changes, would that be a good thing or bad thing?

Okay, I really don't give a raccoon's olive about the new skills. More than half of the skills are just fine though they do need some originality...

Will BM's messed up stream strike finally increase threat level as it is supposed to in description?

Will wizard's failberstorm do more damage at least?

Will archer's winged shell recover a little more MP?

Will cleric's will cleric's seals either cost less mp or reduce the drawbacks on the debuffs?

Will tiger's roar have decreased cool down on roar as it levels?

Will fox's swimming mastery work as it finally should?

Will assassin's and psychics use some skills for tide form instead?

Will seeker's not use mirages to buff anymore?

Will mystic's MP usage not cost so much?

Will spark burst be finally nerfed?

Will all skills that cost chi gives 1% more effect per chi???

This is the only part of the new expansion I am interested in....
WTB PWI 2008 where people were thinking more about doing good rather than pretending to be.

    We would be most fortunate if they fix the pre-existing skills at all, and not just abandon the idea like guild base wars and such. If thats not a worry, I hope they dont break more than they fix when they start tampering with their effects.

    In addition to these brand new skills, there will also be balance changes to currently existing skills

    I am will have to agree with Michael_Dark here... Thus why I am asking if this expansion will **** up or actually fix... Pretty sure it will be screwed up (again)... Though I should not be too pessimistic about the devs (even though they really did mess up a lot)

    I'm aware that they did almost nothing to the old skills (bubbles said there werent any apparant changes I believe), but I said that just in case they do start messing with skills somewhere down the line.

    What really bothers me most was hearing that not all of the new skills would be released initially, but I should have expected that from the previous expansion... -_-;

    actually there doing a few things that tick me off bramble gaurd/hood for instance will not work in pvp yet psy's reflect will, they were going to nerf aps on sins but decided last minute they wont. seems there gonna nerf a ton of classes and fish will still reign at the top for PVP.

    bramble and bramble hood never worked in PVP in all areas of the game so that is not a change. It only functioned in certain areas and a few instances in PVP.

    sins aren't anymore over powered than an evenly geared veno that can devour buffs. Bramble would be nice but they won't do it.

    My understanding is that they did indeed remove mirages a req. for seeker buff

    actually i use hood all the time in PK... when sins don't stealth away during it... >.> its normally quite useful

    Why would a sin stealth away from it? Reflect doesn't work, damage reduction does... A sin can just keep you locked while waiting for the duration to end... or they can just kill you through it...
