OK, hoping for a response from someone like SylenThunder really, lol.

No offense, but if you're a part of the PWE staff, I have no desire for your input.

So my whole system crashes on occasion, but ONLY while the game is running. I don't know how to prove it's the game, but I'm certain that's the cause. I never have this issue until I open the game client. (By whole system I mean BSOD)

Be gentle with me, I'm not the best at giving you all the info without being walked through it, lol.

So what info do you need? And how do i get said info? Thanks

I know the can happen on laptops fairly commonly if the video "card" is overheating. But there are a few other things that can cause it too.

Helpful information I'll need to help you. b:pleased
What is your Operating System? 98, ME, XP (Which service pack), Vista, 7, or 8? (on the latter 4, 32 or 64-bit)?
What is the specific information in the BSOD? (If it goes away and your system restarts, look here. That article pertains to XP, but it's not much different in later versions.)

Hi, if you're on a laptop you are indeed most likely overheating, your best option would be to buy an external cooling fan.

this happend to me to before, and like most said, it was due to overheating.
I solved this by increasing the fanspeed of my GPU.(I set it to auto, before it was a fixed speed).

You can try to see if this is your problem with GPU-Z a very useful tool to detect GPU problems.

I'm using windows 7 64-bit version. It's a PC, not a laptop. And i don't think it's an overheating issue, because I use MSI Afterburner to monitor the temp and it stays at around 47* C

I'll see about getting the specific BSOD info to you.

I downloaded this, but I don't know enough about computers to determine if something is wrong or not. Is there a way I can log the info from it and post it for you?

EDIT: I noticed the GPU temps, so I'll post them for you. It's ranging from 37* C - 41* C according to this program.

Alright, I used the information you gave me to pull up the event viewer. This is the description for the BSOD i have gotten 7 times in the past 2 days.

    0
    BlueScreen
    Not available

    C:\Windows\Minidump\021112-17066-01.dmp C:\Users\Wren\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-22027-0.sysdata.xml

    021112-17066-01

The event list also has every occurence of this with a 1001 Event ID. Don't know what that is or if it helps, lol. Just thought I'd add every little bit I could.

The temperature you've listed is what I would expect from a system that's just booted up and hasn't been running for more than 5 minutes or so.

    BSOD_Main.png
Notice in this image where it states "DRIVERS_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" then the "STOP: 0x00000001" and the line directly under that with the file name....

That's what I'll need. the dump isn't showing anything helpful.

Thats why I dont believe it to be temp related. At that point I had been running 2 clients, 4 browsers, and streaming music on pandora for about 4 hours. I just started my computer up less than 10 mins ago now and the temps are ranging from 30.5*C to 33*C

But, I have disabled the Automatic restart so the next time it crashes I will write down everything it says and post it for you.

LOL I dont get it. I'm actually making an attempt to fix the problem and now it won't crash. Been running strong for 10 hours now, which is a record lately.

Alright, it finally crashed again, lol. I was beginning to think it had fixed itself.

In place of the: DRIVERS_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on your image, I have this:
The system encountered an uncorrectable hardware error.

    And then further down:
    *** STOP: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFFA80087E4028, 0x00000000B65AC000, 0x00000000B0000135)

Other than those two parts, everything read the same as what is in that Image you showed me.

Ok it just crashed again, less than an hour later. I've figured out it only crashes when I'm switching between PW clients i have open by clicking. If i use alt+tab, no prblems, but the second i switch by clicking (i run in windowed mode) it crashes.

Anyways, this time there was a slight variation, so I'm posting it as well:
    *** STOP: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFFA80080DD028, 0x00000000B6002000, 0x0000000081000135)

The last 3 groups of numbers are different this time around.

Sorry started working on it this morning, but then had to go to work.

    Check this site out...

    http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/177605-bsod-stop-0x00000124.html

that should help you troubleshoot it.

It's most likely a corrupt driver file, although I did have this happen once when my NorthBridge was overheating from overclocking it.

Alright thanks. I double checked to make sure I didn't still have my system overclocked from the previous MMO. It was all at default setting so I don't imagine it's that.

I thought it might be a driver issue but windows always told me all my drivers were up to date when I tried to find updates through the device manager.

I downloaded SlimDrivers though and it found 5 drivers in need of critical updates...wtf windows.

One of which was my graphics card lol. So I have updated all my drivers now, I think. Will let you know If the problem occurs again.

    UPDATE:

So I have still been having the problem even after following all the previous advice. In that time I have been trying to troubleshoot the problem on my own. So far I have narrowed it down to this driver causing the problem:

    Hal.dll

    and also:

    ntoskrnl.exe

I have redownloaded the hal.dll file and it did not solve the problem. I have been told that I need to increase the voltage of my CPU and RAM and this will solve the problem. My CPU Voltage is currently at 1.425V and my RAM voltage is at 1.55V.

Do you think this could be the problem?
