my pc configuration is :

OS : windows XP SP2 (build2600)
CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) XP in documentation 1500 Ggz work with 900 Mhz
RAM : 640 MB ( 512 + 128 ) work 580 MB
Displey card : SIS 661 FX 64 MB work 55 MB

In game my ping is min 120 max 11000 west city
FPS is low 1 - 9 max

How do you grow FPS for work good( reasonable )b:surrender
