Uploading Error On Fan Content Page

Well, it's given me this problem for a while now but now due to the Valentines Contest it's become an issue I'd like solved.

I've been trying to submit an SS for the contest, even though it's the proper 'file size' and such I get an 'UPLOAD ERROR' every time I attempt it.

Help? I'd really like to take part in this contest. b:worried
