    Under either build you are going to get eaten alive in any kind of pvp. In pve, might as well go with the second one and learn how to kite mobs.

    But honestly, I wouldn't spend any kind of money on your wizard. Coming from and aps class, you won't be able to stick with it. Almost guaranteed.
