physical attack & strength

Ok guys this have been trying to figure out which is best.... str +17 or physical attack+142 rune which ads more attack power?

i did a lil check an it seems that 1strength gives 3physical attack.. Is that right?

    1 strength gives 1/150th of your weapon damage.
    Strength doesn't affect the damage a triple spark adds.
    +142 atk would get multiplied by 500% by triple spark.

    Ultimately it depends on your weapons base damage and are you sparked or unsparked? There is no direct comparison prior to that.
