Characters issue at client login

i've looked for answers on this and nothing works so ill post my own...

I'm brand new to the game, made the accnt, got the client, log in...

perfect.

Logged in and i have no option to create a character. 'Start' and 'Exit' are my options...

went to website thinking it was a step i missed for creating the char and nothing...

Sooo.... what do i do?

    I am having the same problem.

    I got through with the download, and then got as far as creating my character, but there is no way to get past the character creation mode. Please help.

    Try out what I suggested in this link. I have posted it a couple times before without a reply on if it worked or not.

    yeah, doesn't work... I've seen your post before and waited 10+ minutes with no results. Is there anything else can be done?

    I have been playong on and off at college and i tried to go on my account in harshlands and i cant access any of my characters. I had a 39 veno and a smaller lvl veno. i would love to keep playing but i really dont want to have to start over. Is there anyway to reactivate my characters.

    What its doing is when i sign in to harshlands it seems all good and logs in but it shows that i have no characters but when i come on the fourums and check my info in my profile it shows that my veno is still there..

    Thank you for the reply, now i know it was just a coincidence and i can stop suggesting it.

    As far as anything else, since it stopped happening to me after that i can't help you, sorry.
