High Elves
The true servants of Pan Gu. Unlike the Winged Elf race, they stayed with Pan Gu to protect the realm of the gods. With Morai unleashed, the High Elves have decided to intervene and save Perfect World themselves.

They would have actual elf ears, not just humans with wings on their heads. They would also have access to existing winged elf wings.

Classes:
-Light Elf
Focuses on light magic (combination of water and metal). Their attacks inflict damage to both water and metal elements/defense. They are also able to absorb attacks and use it to heal themselves and others.

Skill 1:
Absorbs 1 attack. Heals self with the same amount the attack would have dealt.
Lasts 8 seconds. 30 second cooldown.

Skill 2:
Squad buff. Absorbs 1 attack per member. Heals all members within the range of 20 meters equal to 25% of what the damage would have done.
Last 20 seconds. 90 second cooldown.

Skill 3:
Summons a giant bird (kinda like that archer buff). Reduces damage done to squad by 50% for a short amount of time.
Last 10 seconds. 120 second cooldown.

Skill 4:
Takes 1 debuff from a target and transfer it to yourself. Increase your crit rate by 33%.
Lasts until the debuff disappears. 60 second cooldown.

Skill 5:
Remove # (depending on skill level) cleric and/or archer buffs from your target and place them on yourself.
Lasts for the same amount as the buff's current remaining duration. 2 minute cooldown.

Skill 6:
All buffs you currently have are shared to your squad members. Also resets their buffs.
Lasts for at most 2 minutes. 3 minute cooldown.

Skill 7:
Inflict water and metal damage equal to base magic attack + 200% weapon damage + damage equal to the opponents water and metal defenses.

-Night Elf
Mixes melee with shadow magic (combination of wood and earth). Their attacks inflict physical damage and also to wood and earth elements/defense. They are experts at stealth and turning the opponents attack back at them.

Skill 1:
Absorbs 1 attack. Inflicts damage to the target equal to half the damage they would have inflicted.
Lasts 8 seconds. 20 second cooldown.

Skill 2:
Automatically transfers a DoT back to the target at double the power.
Selfbuff lasts 8 seconds. 20 second cooldown.

Skill 3:
Force yourself into stealth mode.

Skill 4:
Inflict damage equal to base physical attack + damage equal to the target's physical defense + wood + earth defense.

Skill 5:
Increase/decrease your attack and defense levels equal to half of your target's current attack and defense level buff.
Last 10 minutes. 10 minute Cooldown. Cannot be removed until time expires.

Skill 6:
Curse your target. Your target receives the same damage done to you in 1 hit.
Lasts 10 second. 120 second cooldown.

    1. Night Elves? Too much ********, perhaps?

    You could abuse this in a squad that has a full R9 character, especially a Seeker or a Psychic. Not really good.
    Skill 6:
    Curse your target. Your target receives the same damage done to you in 1 hit.
    Lasts 10 second. 120 second cooldown.

    Not really a good idea. They could basically use this to one-shot anyone strong enough in PvP. And since they got stealth, they don't need to worry about the cooldown.

    Lasts 8 seconds. 20 second cooldown.

    8 seconds duration at 20 second cooldown means the skill is on 40% of the time. Meaning that effectively this character get its very own 40% damage reduction skill. Not a good idea.

    Last 20 seconds. 90 second cooldown.

    This could be abused to all hell, especially in PvP. Good luck watching as all R9s in PvP kill themselves whenever they use an AoE.

    All those skills mentioned by Olbaze could work nicely on moba games. b:laugh
    But if developer want to put something unusual to the game like sin stealth when it introduced... why not ? (xD)
