    Actually situps will only make you look fatter, it builds muscle that piles on top of the fat. It doesn't eradicate the fat out of your stomach.

    Like BLOOD said, eat a salad, diet is the only way to lose that gut. And cardio.

    The point is this, however - everything everyone is saying now has been said better and more often and more forcefully long, long ago, and yet here we are. Some of you have forgotten, I am sure, some of you are in denial and would like to tell a revisionist history of the whole messy affair, and others of you just weren't here. But it is true as true can be. It's deja vous all over again.

    There has to be a fundamental change if something is to be different. I've spoken to a few about what I believe that might be, but as for bringing it about - I am old, and tired, and I am not about to try to shoulder the burden with too few similarly minded people to ever make it happen.
