Unable to select server on zen transfer page

As I wrote in topic, im unable to select server, yes, I already have character over level 10.
I bought ZEN for 30$, and i want to use them on my newest character on Momaganon server... so lemme' ask, what is THE problem?

    Please first try relogging in and out of the website, and see if this resolves the issue for you. If it doesn't, try closing and reopening your web browser. You may also need to restart your computer after you have removed your cache/cookies for the PW website.
    If this issue persists, try also using an alternate web browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer. We do not support Internet Explorer browsers below version 8, so you may need to update if you are using IE.

    You may also need to wait a couple days if you've recently hit Lv 10.
