Mystic Expansion Balance to Old Skills?

Anyone has any idea of the supposed balance to old skills some people keep going on about. They've beaten the horse over barb skills but whats in store for mystic's "old" skills? Anyone know? :3

    If I had a wish list it would be to make punishing sting do just a little more damage. Maybe even 7% more damage to make me tempted to actually use it outside of rb.

    Make healing herb heal slightly more damage. Its not useful at any level, and after you get vital its pretty useless all around. Up the cost and cool down or something but make it useful.

    Giving vital a chance to evade or more survivability would help, but I admit it might make it OP.

    Improved tooltip information on skills like vital herb. There are plenty of theories on how it works, but not much actual facts. You pop it out, it buffs you and the effects last for a certain amount of time even after it goes away or is killed. Seemingly the effects stack or get more effective if its allowed to tick several times. It has X ammount of hp and def etc.

    Same goes for the other plants. They have a certain chance of evasion. Any reason to not just openly say what the chance is?

    Make weeping breeze dance more powerful. Increase the cool down, give it a chi cost, whatever. Its not that impressive as is.

    Thats about it, I think the skills, even the ones I mentioned are perfect as is except for healing herb.

    That pretty much means they can only be messed up from here for me at least b:surrender

    healing herb will def get either a buff or changed to something else. its useless the moment u get vital herb and its useless even before u get vital herb.

    I kinda hope you are wrong - the 2 healing herbs together form a sort of fake 'BB' effect with BOTH of them continously healing - and that cant be achieved with Vital alone, sorry. It would be a real shame to lose that. b:surrender

    vital herb doesnt need evasion. considering how good it is it should be fragile in comparison to its counterpart which isnt as good. maybe a bit more HP for some survivability, but it doesnt need evasion.

    i honestly dont understand some of the mystics on these forums. why would you WANT to be a second rate cleric? id rather healing herb be changed into a AOE version of punishing sting or something to help DDing.

    mystic skills are to focused on healing/support. we have clerics for that and honestly clerics is all we need.

    A good mystic will manage both, DD and heals at the time. And a good mystic won't have an attitude saying 'But I don't wanna heal D:'. I don't get people betching that we're all a jack-of-all-trades but still they don't accept that such jacks get pushed one or the other direction sometimes.

    My point about the herbs is: You will need your herbs in an aoe situation. However, vital dies fast if hit by aoe. Healing will most likely stay up. Two different herbs with different healing capacity. And both of them make a good deal.

    And I'm talking less from the viewpoint of a mystic in general. I played enough classes with totally different roles to high level to think about squad mechanics first and how to adapt my job best to them.

    healing herb still needs a buff tho if it is to stay as a healing plant.

    today in bh abba nobody even ask me can i or cant i heal, they just filled squad and whan i seen no cleric in squadd i know why am invited here in first place and with new upcoming skill get use to that u gona become pure buffboot, if u have time to heal and attack thats even beter for squad but be sure your job is to heal.

    my guess is there will hardly be any changes to mystic/seeker skills since they just came out and had the most recent chance to be balanced. most likely itll just be alot of tweeks on the old skills from frist 3-4 races

    I strongly agree with Barunaa. Healing herb was the very last skill I lvled and even then I still never use it. The little amount that it heals can be subbed by the dmg reduction from spidervine or the reduction of attack/cast rates from befuddling. On top of that befuddling also reduces the defenses and although it's not as high as other class debuffs, it's aoe which makes it viable for pulls.
