It's called pk farming. You make lvl 30 alt and with dual client you kill it over and over again.

/Till you get 12.5k kills obviously.

1) AOE effect on every spell with an ailment
2) Sins have egos and get RLY RLY pissed off when they die, and Psys are designed to fight sins (srsly sometimes I feel like I'm in an episode of friggin' Tom and Jerry)
