thievery, PWE?

this morning PWE decided to delay my bro's zen transaction of $100 for 5 hours thru paypal. he had put down the money for the zen, but did not recieve it during that time. so, he told paypal to ask what the deal was for him....

this resulted in the ban of his account (eh? i think anyone would be wondering what happened to $100 after that amount of time). later on however, the transaction went through, meaning that PWE accepted the cash for the zen, while keeping his account on ban status (it still is).

......WTF?

    Send a ticket. They autoban if any weird things happen to payments...

    if i was your bro I'd stop using pay pal, and use a credit/debit card or prepaid zen cards from now on. I've never heard of any zen delays through those payment types before - but this isn't the first time ive heard of a ban associated with pay pal not forwarding payments in time.
