    I think you get those from the trainers in 1K once you have done your Culti. If you go Demon you find the trainer through the Red Door, and if you go Sage you will find the trainer through the Blue Door in the center of Thousand Streams, but Im a noob and it was a while ago.

    I also could be wrong, but I think you need your own skill books for the spells. You can make them yourself from the cauldrons in 1K, or you can probably find them at the Auctioneer. Good luck! b:pleased

    Ignore what Brillance said.

    The level 79 skills require you to make a book to learn it. You need 20 apocalypse pages (can be made at boutique agent: 5 pages for 18 tokens of luck). Once you got those you want to have about 1 million coins on you and head into OHT. The little npc there sells 'Medium Ink' in his second tab. Buy 10 inks. Then head over to the glowy forges in there. The last one on the right gives you the option to craft a skill book for your class. Once you got the book, head to any skill trainer and have 1mil spirit ready. Then you're good to learn that skill :)
