seeing the world quest problem

Hi there. I have a problem with the quest mentione din the title...I have to go to all the major cityes in pw for some dude...the last one was archo but when i got to archo the quest could not complete because my bag was full...I emptyed 8 slots from my inventory but the quest still not responding...and I would really want to complete that quest because we are talking about 50 k exp and 80k money:D....so..any ideas on what should I do?...mention that I already used the logout method and no result...b:surrender

Is this the part your up to , arriving at arch? .. I would suggest maybe checking your mail as its the next step as you may have continued to that and not realized .
I'm not sure if your new or on an alt but also check available quests normal and repeatable (double click them) for the quest 'tideborn elders letter' Often continuations of quests turn up in there not in 'current' .
Then the only other advice is to submit a ticket (yeah I know it's a pain in the ***)
