    looks to me ur resolution is kinda set wrong and the char creation/deletion buttons are off screen, turn off and try setting to a small resolution and from there just stretch out of client.

    Yeah, this is a problem that I really wish they'd fix. The character "Create" and "Delete" buttons are just a bit below the bottom of your screen on the left there.

    You have two choices to fix this problem:

    1) Increase the size of your window. This may require increasing your screen resolution or going into fullscreen mode in a higher resolution (the mode can be set in the launcher).

    2) Change the User Interface (UI) setting. There is a setting in one of the INI files you can change it to scale the UI to fit your window. This can be a bit ugly, but if you want to do it see this thread which explains where the file is and how to change it.

    Please note that this is the only time that you are allowed to directly edit INI files for the game, any other INI file editing is a bannable offense.
