Old Jungle ruins?

I'm not playing game for that long, but I know how the jungle ruins look like. I've also found this map on the pwdatabase : http://www.pwdatabase.com/images/maps/pwi/a12.jpg

As I haven't seen it on either ecatomb or by searching through google, I'd like to know if this map was ever used for any event and if it was, why was it replaced with new jungle ruins? It looks similar to Sadistic Glee ijs

    This is the map of the Jungle ruins event that was used before it was closed a few years ago.

    It was closed because some players found out (and abused) a bug that allowed them to go under the map and run straight to the finish line and open the reward chests there.

    That was before PWI opened. We had that event for a few weeks on another version before it was removed because of that bug.

    The monthly and yearly horse race events were also disabled because there was a way to exploit them (big surprise....)

    (We are still waiting to see any improvements or changes beign implemented. More empty promises from PWI?)
