TT90 equipment VS Rank equipment

I am really wondering what type of equipment would be best for a 90 cleric. I don't mind how much they cost, but as a cleric, my first priority is to survive so I can make sure the rest of my team survives. I'm mostly arcane build, with a 40 vit base, thinking about restating to a 20 vit base to have a stronger heal.
So if anyone can tell me the pros and cons of getting TT90 equipment and if Rank equipment is better than tt?

    If you need to economize, there are a couple things that can be substituted that are equitable so as to save some money...
