Lvl for the new skills?

By any chance anyone know what lvl is needed when the underworld skills come to pwi??? Cause im really hoping they dont make all the skills like 100+ b:surrender

    Knowing PWI, they'll probably be available at low levels.

    From what I've seen on the websites, all of the skills are 100+ except for the one which comes in two strengths. For that skill, the weaker version can be learned at either 79 or 89, and the stronger version is 100+.

    i pray they will come out for lower lvls. it'd be a waste of time for me to become a celestial demon just for one new skill. -_-

    From what I have heard there is a 100+ storyline that requires you to complete a lot of quests before being able to obtain the new skills...

    No idea yet if there is a required cultivation level for them though.

    I was personally thinking that these skills should be at level 69. If not, there should be a requirement that you must help 1000 people on PWI under level 80 with all their quests.

    MOST of the skills are lvl 100 only but each class has one skill that can be learned prior i think
