I think my account is bug

i think my account is not sending info to the game ( or how ever that works )

first.. back when we had 2x.. i sold over 100k points of dq points and i never got the points.. i tried sending a ticket about that but the response they gave me didnt help at all.. so i just let go of that (i dont really expect them to help only 1 person whose experiencing this, especially since its not gonna give them money)

and second.. my account didnt receive the free fash for being online for 10hrs+ on december.. im 100% sure ive been online for more than that.. i dont really care about the fash since i already have it from the same event 2 yrs ago.. but what im worried about is what if they give something that i can actually use (this will probably never happen) and i cant receive it?

so if a gm can check whats wrong with my account i would really appreciate it..

my account was created since sept of 2008.. is my account too old to receive free stuff? b:surrender
