Banned

I have a problem,when i write my acc and password,they say: incorrect pasword or acc,i thought that ppl stolen my acc but when I went to the wep page and wrote acc and password,they write: you have banned. For how long i will be baneed? I get banned for spam:(((

    When you get banned, they send an e-mail to the e-mail address on the account. If you can't get to it, send an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com and they will let you know. Be ready to provide information verifying that you are the owner of the account if it is a different e-mail address than the account.

    Bans are not to be discussed in the forum, and a simple search would have given you this exact answer posted like 100 times.

    I something was sent but i dont know if this will work..cuz i have 3 acc and different mail,1 of them i dont remember..:(((b:sad
