how to change my email address?

my current email address is an empty id!!! i tried to reset my password on hotmail but it says the id is invalid!!! what should i do!!! i can't log in my current email but it won't let me change a new email either!!! i just bought a prepaid card and this thing is so stupid that it won't even let me use my prepaid card!!!!

    You should be able to retrieve your old password or receive a new one of you e-mail by answering a security question (like it is in most e-mails when you have forgotten your password). You can change your e-mail to pwi but they will send a conformation to your old e-mail, for security purposes (at least I think they do like with a password change).

    Personally, I would start by contacting Hotmail support to figure out how to get your e-mail fixed before posting here.

    If you have a new e-mail that you would like to change it to, but can't because you don't have access to the old one, submit a ticket. They'll as you a bunch of questions to verify that you are who you way you are, and then will change it.
