How many times can i change my faction logo?

So if i change my logo is iy perminant or can i change it? Having paid 10million to upgrade to level 3 one would expect to at least have the ability to change the logo. I'm trying to decide on a logo but what if i make it the faction logo and i don't like it or want to change it later on?
