Wizzard Buff Glitched??

Ok well it's a while now so I might as well try to get some answers to this but everytime a wizard gives me that buff frostblade, you know how normally your hand would glow blue? Well on my character it doesent show that blue glow when they cast that buff on me and it makes me feel like I'm not getting buffed even though it shows i have it. soooooooo is this something to do with my graphic settings or what?

If you know what might be the problem please comment, would be nice if a GM could answer this or have a resolution to this.

    are you using a bow? if so, that's why. if you switch to pretty much any other weapon, it will show.

    Yea I use a bow but even if I unequip it, it still does not show the blue glow

    it doesnt show without a weapon either, but it will show the glow if you equip a different weapon. either way, the buff is working, so long as you have the icon showing with all of your other buffs. dont worry about it :)
