Didn't they change it so vortex doesn't receive BP in delta? In any case most R9+12 dd can pretty much solo nirv these days. Any talk of requiring certain squad compositions is obsolete.

never heard of these myths. most people just want barbs cos the buff some arcane has like less than 5k hp unbuff. most barbs dont do anything. but i love a good barb for rb. as well as psy or wizy. it depends on the player who you take to rb.

Sheesh... then my Seeker would have been dead many times over by now (judging by the amount of times I've sat in vortex with impunity when the Cleric's BB went down).

Mystic's have the highest spike damage skill/pet in the game on ? mobs/bosses.

Wake up and see that not every barb got r9+10 man.. Anyway I appreciate when my barb friends joining my RB squads.
Mostly is up to gear and skills upgrade but personally I think it's true that Psys re better than Wizzys.
Other myths.. Sins re no use in RB. Of course they re not the best there but.. Subsea/BP and bosses killing re very nice.

I myself wouldn't replace a barb's spot in squad with a seeker...if you can even find a barb. Rather, a BM would be a much better replacement. Seeker would be a replacement for a wizzy.
ANY class can fill a spot in RB, though some are preferred over others. On a full RB a barb isn't a must, but highly proffered over a BM puller.

I think the larger issue is most often there's at least one FC heads junky payment plan player in squad who doesn't know how to use their character AT ALL.

Aesthor - Heavens Tear

The class isn't as important as the gear anyways. Also an efficiency-conscious wizard isn't going to sit in DB the whole time. With maxed out buffs they have enough chi to use their AoEs before setting up DB. So if they paid as much attention as a psychic, they have their AoE nukes as well. The only advantage I see psychics having over wizards is the ability to switch their attack and defense levels. But really, who wants to actually work these days? I'm sure people would rather just afk in their DB even if it's less efficient. Killing the mobs a few seconds slower isn't a big deal.

Gwendolynne - Heavens Tear

As a Psychic, start the RB squad yourself. You can't expect people to take you in their squad if they don't want the class. I've learned this well over the years as an 'unneeded' class.. I just start squads when I need stuff done. It is a lot easier then fighting to explain to others why I am just as good as such and such class used to replace me.
