Wedding Fashion (GM response plzplzplz)

so my bm and my boyfriend's cleric got married on the 6th. we got to 100k contribution but didn't get the fashion. i immediately came over and submitted a ticket. yesterday i got this response:


"we will summon an Eternal Love Male/Female Fashion for your character and your significant other in the next scheduled maintenance. It will arrive through the in-game mail. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us again. We appreciate all the support!"


that was at 2:30pm east coast time. now.. if i'm not mistaken we had maintenance last night and so therefore my boyfriend/ in game hubby should have gotten our fash today after maint. problem is... we didn't. now i spent ALOT of coin to have my alt sin summon the ex and i'd just like what we were supposed to have gotten from that wedding. please can ya'll fix this for us?

    Sometimes it might take a few weeks and a few maintenances. My advice is to just be patient and not even submit a ticket and you'll get it in one of the next few maintenences.
