I have ~100m to work with, how can I fully utilize this money to improving my gear.
I dont plan to go TT nirvana helm, I have plans for Lunar nirvana helm and legs next 2x. I have also been thinking about map 4 belt, would that be worth getting instead of jungle belt, jungle belt refines better but map 4 belt gives more a hp boost.

I dont plan to +10 r8 weapon as I want to go for recast

    +5~7 TT90 neck
    I prefer OHT boots to TT99
    If you got money to spend then maybe Voidlands if you want to keep the TT99 boots.

    There's not much to change, unless you want to go for R9... Refine and shard better, maybe change tome and restat to pure magic after you get more hp. I had almost the same gear a while ago, before I decided to R9, and there really isn't much you can change to boost your defense/attack too much other than refines/shards.
