Does anyone kno anything about make those cakes from god of cuisine and or where to get the materials for it such as Glutinous Rice??? it would be much appreciated. Also is there anything past lvl 1 for this guy all I can see is level one stuff???

    I think that NPC is a leftover from the pay to play version, we can't get any of the mats to make his stuff.
