Did people forget Glacial Snare?

Hi all. Why people don't use Glacial Snare anymore? When I watch the newest pvp wizard videos, I don't see that anyone use it. It's the strongest non-ulti nuke, has chance to slow the enemy by 80% for 6.0 seconds, cool looks. Isn't?

    Because Divine Pyrogram + genie spark hurts far more than gs. I still use it frequently, but dPyro is more effective a lot of times.

    I'm a demon wizard, with demon glaicial snare, which reduces channeling. I use it way more than DP since it hurts moar and I don't have genie spark.

    I use gs mainly against targets that have soul of fire on their genie and for it's slow effect right after a hailstorm/pitfall proc because it gives me enoguh time to channel it. (Yes, I am demon as well ;))
