Need GM assistance concerning violation

I have see what appears to be a violation of the ToS as far as faction names goes, and would like a GM to PM me if possible for guidence on how to report this violation. I do have a screenshot available, but will not post here where as I do not think appropiate for this section.

Thank you, I spent 30 minutes looking (in all the wrong places I guess lol) without finding that. I shall take care of it now.

Considering that it's a VERY discriminating name, as well as using a hateful slur towards a certain group of people, I feel that something needs to be done about this.

Someone started a faction on Sanct called AIDS. People ****ing RAGED about it. As far as I know, the GM's refused to do anything about it.

also depends on a few things. back when i lead GayRights, players would always harass us about the name saying it was inappropriate, and that they were gonna screen it and send a ticket about it. we'd get flamed when we were recruiting too. all that didn't really bother us tho. a gm actually told us we needed to disband it once, but it was dropped and they said the name was borderline and it could stay. they still get people sending in tickets about it. it just really depends on where the GMs stand on the name. aides tho i could see that it can be offensive to some. so i can agree that it can be deemed inappropriate. but if u have an issue with something u will need to send a ticket in. posting in the forums about it will only get a mod or gm telling to do the same.

Then you should report it yeah... My guess here would be that it has something to do with racism wich is absolutely not allowed...

We also had Auschwitz, haven't seen any1 from there since i saw last time, and that AIDS guy got trashed massively on wc, since I don`t use wc i pmed him some heavy words, he advertised the faction on wc for people to join "help spread the infection" or smth. kinda messed up.

I don't mean this as a personal criticism of the people who are upset at offensive fac names, but I say let them keep the names. It makes it easy to sort out the losers on your server. And they need sorting.

Well, grats for thinking that the GMs will actually do something still. Don't get me wrong, I hope they do. Frankly, I'm freaking tired of everyone in the game getting away with breaking TOS because someone in the company is too freaking lazy to do anything. I've sent in tickets for just about everything in the time I've been playing, people using bots to grind for them, harassment, scamming, glitches in the game, people editing game files, etc. The most I've ever gotten as a response is(Months later, mind you.) an email saying that their previous email asking for more information was ignored so the ticket was closed. And I never even get the email asking for more information. So, basically, prepare to be ignored.

There used to be a faction named AlDS on Harshlands...we attempted to explain that the name was an acronym the old leader had made up (Abolish Lame Dumass Sins) but they didn't quite see the typo.

People whined, QQ'd, and said it was offensive. Offensive? No, **** PARTY is offensive. KKK is offensive. Next you'll be telling me that Candy_Corn is offensive.

Words are nothing--ACTION is key.

So unless they're picking on you because you have a disease, or because you're of african origins, or whatever, they're not offending you purposely--you're just being a sensitive child.

Besides, there's worse things to complain about besides PWE's terrible ToS. (And lack of enforcing it.)

Actually, that's not necissarily something hateful towards homosexuals. I personally think it's not a very appropriate name, but I wouldn't make such a big deal out of it either b:chuckle

i would think anything that has ill will, seclusion, or mock toward the subject in general should be stepped in by a GM but some of these names make me think WTF the GMs are thinking. Names like "G.ayRights" borderline? really? what are these GMs, homophobes?
