Client Crash

Problem is about clien crashing, all time 100% that will be when I teleport to Tellus City and some times in Archosour city.
At Archosour city west is very big lags, FPS 1 and ping about 1500 ( not all time, but ye its very lagy at that place ). In diferent palces my PFS is about 40-45 and 100-150 ping.

Pc: AMD x3 3.0Gz
Ram: 4Gb
Video: Gigabyte GTX 560
Net: 50Mbit/s
And I don't use another programms when I play game, so I think its client problem, pelase fix.

P.S. I reinstal clien, check all files, didn't help.
