PWI website bug / client crash

hello,
i just went to pwi support website to try to sumbit a ticket, but
when i try to select the Product: PerfectWorld ....
it do not work.
summary: the pwi support website, where you submit tickets do not work properly.

Another issue i found is:
sometimes when you trade in game to someone the client crashes.
it more likely a random crash but occurs only if i try to trade to someone.
next time when i get that i will screenshot the asian error message.

    For the former, try clearing your cookies and cache, or try a different browser. If both fail, send an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com.

    For the latter, they fixed that a long time ago. Maybe one of your client files is corrupt. Try running verify a few times and see if that resolves it. If not, open a ticket. (Yes I said to run it a few times. Apparently it will not always correct all the files on the first run.)
