Transfering DoT

So just curious, if anyone would know the general cost to transfer 4 Diamond of Tiger from one item to another?

I understand you can do that now, but no idea of the cost to do it, or if it is even worh it.

Fuzzy had a quick look at the PWpedia and being that a DoT is a lvl 12 gem, you are looking at 48 Chienkun per gem to transfer to a first cast peice of gear, 72 per for quench.

Also, be aware, to transfer 4 gems you must also transfer the 4 sockets.

Yeah outside of keeping gems in Nirvana crafting, I don't think you can transfer gems from gear to gear, only refines.

I think you can in R8 and R9 recasting, but I don't know for sure as I haven't done it yet.

Implied meaning : transferring shards and refines when recasted. Makes more sense if you read the post I was responding to.
