Soulsever Minuet not showing debuffs

Recently since the last patch I haven't been able to see the -10 attack and -10defense level debuffs after Gemini slash, it isn't even doing the extra damage. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

    It works on my end. You sure you just aren't using the sage/demon version of SM without the sage/demon version of Gemini Slash?

    I've made that mistake before with NSW. Normal wont activate with the celestial versions.
