TO MY MOUNT?! My beloved Midnight is gone... It couldn't have been stolen because I have MUCH more valuable things on me, and I require a safety code to even trade things away. Which is linked to all my other characters, plus my account stash, which has even more ridiculously priced items. So getting mount-jacked is (for the most part) out of the question. The only other explanation I can give myself is that they patched it out thinking no one who played used them anymore. My midnight was also one of the very first to ever grace PW (first batch to have ever been sold), if that helps clear up any questions.

I decide to get back on after a year and a half, and this is what I return to -.-

    In any case, I believe you'll need to submit a ticket, if you haven't already.

    OMG... this post just made me log my alt that has a beloved Midnight. Mine is gone too, wth! I am seriously displeased.

    And they probably won't take my ticket seriously, since I don't think I screenshotted her on the Midnight at any point. I guess they can look through the logs to see hatching.

    Wow, I think... not sure what to think. If more people truely are missing there midnights, then it's obvious for whatever reason in the last maintance the code for it was removed. If it was intentional or accidental you all need to push for serious compensation. Here I am wishing I still had mine so I could raise hell too b:surrender

    I just logged in and checked. I still have mine. I've had my Midnight since Feb or March '09 and I'd be pissed if it was gone even though I rarely play.
    I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.

    Ok after relogging several times mine mysteriously reappeared. Maybe you should try that too? It makes me quite concerned now though that other mounts will randomly disappear and require several relogs to get them back (although, my other mounts had been there the first time I logged... just a space where Midnight should have been). This is a very bizarre problem.

    ...just a thought here...

    my daughter wanted to have a kind of race with her brother and i on Christmas Eve, where we would all start a new alt, and see who could level the fastest. i wasnt crazy about the idea, because she wanted us to do Tideborns, and i already have one on my main account, but i made one anyway...then the two o f them had to go help make Christmas dinner (we make it the day before, to have more free time on Christmas). something odd i noticed when i made the alt, it had a little envelope , indicating i had mail. 'oh, cool! PWI is sending out presents?', i thought.

    anyway, i didnt get back to that alt till yesterday, and when i got a chance, when sent to RT by quest, i checked my mail...it was full of stuff i had sent to another alt, though which, i dont recall. that account, with the exception of my mystic, is my banker account, where i store stuff.

    so, how does stuff, mailed perhaps a year or more ago to another alt, wind up on a newly made alt?? b:question your problem with a goofed up account, with items going places, sound kind of like mine....

    That has always happened when you delete a char, the unopened mail goes to the next char that now takes the same space in your account.

    whoa, that is totally weird! would other things remain, like bigger pocket and bank?

    this reminds me of another OT question: why does PWI 'remember the names of all my alts, even though they no longer exist?

    I don't think so Fox. Think it's just the mail hanging around in the system lol.

    It didn't happen to me myself but some of my fac mates managed to pull it off and I remember reading it some times on forums too. lol

    OT: Probably beause they don't get fully deleted from the database I guess o_o Forums are weeeeird anyway with characters.

    Off topic but along the lines of strange stuff in mailbox:

    Friend of mine irl (noob in game) made a bm, got to 1x, noticed mail icon, checked mail. Full set of pure red anniversary fash. Put it on. Says hey come look at this! I was like how the **** did you get that?! "Idk it was in my mailbox..." This all happened in one night.

    None of his chars existed long enough to be eligible for anni fash at the time. I know for sure because I'm the one who twisted his arm to start playing xD

    Really weird. It wasn't the celestial fash either, I looked. Aside from the fact that he wouldn't even know how to get that. Ah well he's my best friend irl so I was happy for him and only slightly jealous. b:chuckle

    And on topic: None of my mounts have come up missing yet, I sure hope they don't, and I hope OP gets his back. b:victory

    I thought mail was attached to specific user names, not the account. Weird.

    I remember 2 years ago I made a bowbarb for a laugh, this was before high aps anything and before fish. Guildies kept mailing him arrows. I ended up deleting him, and about 3 or 4 months later I made a cleric, and I had mail on it. I got 2 or 3 mails of low level arrows from old guildies to it.
