So LOW XP's now?

During the 2x xp's I was getting around 400-800 xps per kill, Today same monsters 15-30? & 2 spirit I went up one level to 60 but this is just crazy low. The monsters areall at my level , Come on WTF? Im in Tusk Town doing the same mission I was doing yesterday "pick up where I left off" I wanna just blw my own head off with my X-Bow. Whats up?
