Divine Order of the Shadow,Where & How

Ok I have passed the level for the Divine Order of Light, So I'm now lvl 60 and I want to be able to run the quests, that holding the Divine Order of the shadow allows me to. Now the ? Where or How can I get it? General Summer is still only allowing me to do the quest of the Light Order, He does'nt say anything about how to get the Divine Shadow Order and all the NPC's that have the Divine Shadow Names are not showing any quest that are available to me.

Im totally lost and I want to beable to do the special kill order quest of the shadow like I did when holding the Light Order inmy Inv. Explain please what I need to do.

I have pretty much just been doing quest and farming spawn for my Levels. I dont understand the "Wine" we can purchase or farm mats for that makes the dungeons a little easier. How do we know what kind of Wine is needed for a specific dungeon? So I dont spend to much and or buy the wrong kind. And do the Dungeons get "Auto beefed up if we enter them at a much higher levels?

You just need to start doing your Bounty Hunter quests. When you turn in the BH I quest for level 50-79 you get a Divine Order of the Shadow (80+ gets a Divine Order of the Void).

Nope.

The only "beefing up" you will see in dungeons are the ones with bosses that have "wraith kill" requirements (FB69+) that keep the bosses from going into "frenzy mode" (i.e. being much tougher). Using wines, however, avoids the need to worry about frenzy mode.

This is why most people don't bother wining the dungeons before Wraithgate (FB69).
