last room of cube

I just finished a cube run and was teleported to fates end room but when i entered my puzzle cube didn't dissapear. Then when i went to npc he didnt have a quest for me to take to get my exp and page of fate. I don't have a full quest log or inventory so i dont know what would cause this. Is there something i am missing or is this just a random glitch?b:surrender
