able get chi and mana when use vortex on seeker

most time i see seeker cant use vortex when chi is low or stop bez boss aoe, cant use it, back to no chi. would be nice can vortex after get stop by aoe, and also the mana cost alot for seeker keep vortex up, any way to get back some mana that use?

Use a charm and the Herb Yuanxiao, like most Seekers do. Being a melee class, it is more difficult to keep Vortex up with the high MP cost, but there are ways around that. Also, the point of not gaining chi while in Vortex is that it's a very powerful move. I don't think any skills that cost chi actually generate chi (exception being Sage/Demon of some classes). This is because those skills are generally powerful, and to gain chi while using them would be crazy.

u must be a rich person, keep up all the mana pots and charms, how come i dont see the sin, bm, archer and barb have this problem with 5 aps???? b:angryb:angryb:angry talk about damage, ur aps damage do way more than vortex. also hit way faster. also does ur attack cost lots of mana, i dont think so.
