Should I Stay Or Should I Go?

To all players on all servers,

I see, feel, and have experinced for myself, a sence that alot of you are not enjoying
this game that consumes quite a bit of time and money from your life.
My opinion is this, you have money to burn but the content has reached its end and when
you have the maximum, what more is there for you to do? Or like me you are on a limited budget, and chose to play a FTP Mmorpg becuase you want to have a social network where you can be yourself and play your own way. When I took a short time off and came back somone said to me there was a glitch in FC and alot of people are now 105. I was stunned bacuase I had solo'd begged, grinded and worked my heart out at getting to where I am.

All of a sudden there was some quick way to skip it all, and most everyone took it?
When I log onto the game all I see is, buy sale buy sale buy sale. I think alot of people should become day traders. PWI has become a game of monopoly instead of a fantasy role playing game that I origanaly began playing. As one person said on another post, the games industry, games like -removed-, and -removed- now going free to play, not to mention -removed- blowing the lid off of how a game can draw you in and be a feast for your senses. I see PWI shutting down as it is soon. This game dosnt need a update or a new class or some new maps. This game needs to be taken back to scratch and mesured up to the current standard of gaming programing. Its time to throw out the dial up modem and switch to fiber optics. A fresh look, a new battle system. Take the content you have and redesign it. I invite PWE owners, gms, moders, design staff, programers, to go out and do some net working with some of the game studios that are producing these games that have players skipping meals and calling in sick to work. Take a look at some of the games on the shelfs. You need to shut PWI down and give it a reboot. Take a page out of the movies. Best selling books, comics are now becoming main stream tv and blockbuster box office hits. The movie store is going the way of the dinosaur due to net flix. The post office is now facbook twitter and myspace. PWE has many diffrent games generating revenue.

I would like to know how much net profit PWE made the the year of 2011 from all its games. Ask yourself, dose this company have the time and money to make this game somthing you would want to pay to play? PWE if you made PWI anywhere near -removed- quality you would have more revenue from cash shop free to play players. We have money too. Take for example a slot machine in a casino. Why would I play a slot machine that has cracks in the glass, no pull bar, missing buttons, bent up and barely lit up, and no one ever wins on that machine. PWI is becoming more and more like a slot that never pays out.

These mmorpg's can be like a gambling addiction. Its a form of entertainment that sucks you in becuase it says free to play. or a slot machine that is free but if you put money in your chances of winning are supposedly higher. Such a scam. I know its just bussiness, but it will and probley has ruined some life. Dont belive me just look up people on youtube who have had accounts they have played for years on other mmorpgs banned or cut off.

Take away a smokers pack, or a drinkers bottle. PWI please go back to the drawing board.
Ok so now If you feel as I do that PWI has not and will not adress players as people and just see us as cattle, I have some good news for you. There are other games that can consume your time, be just as fun without spending a fortune and becoming fustrated and eventualy breaking down. Resently I started playing D&D online. And I like feeling like the game Im playing is going somewhere. I have to give two thumbs up due to constant content updates, no cash shop pressure, and a battle system and community that has fun PVP, guilds, people that generaly want to play the game together, a real sense of family and friends, and thats why we play right? To feel that togetherness feeling. that it the whole basis behind the word Multi player. So lastly I will say this. This game has not ended for me in terms of content and levels. But it has become stagnant and I have reached an impass. I have to say i feel no excitement when logging on. I log on to MSN to check my email. I log on to PWI with the same lack of enthusiam. D&D is fresh, content is new, battle system is awsome, and finding people to do things with you reguardless of class or play style is easy as pie. So PWI players, should you stay or should you go? I say dont loose hope, but also get out and see the world and the many diffent things that can entertain without sucking your life dry. If the fish arnt biting its time to real it in and cast in diffrent waters. When the fish return to PWI Ill cast my rod here again. Until then Im simply floating around in the boat enjoying the sun in my eyes.

First of all, ouch at the wall of text. I paragraphed it a little, but my head hurts. Second, mentioning other/competing games isn't allowed on the forums, so please refrain from it.

Protip: FF and Opera have spelling check.

Try going through each and every word to make sure the post is up to par with the forum guide lines and we'll see if you're flowers and sunshines after that. b:chuckle But that aside, there was no sarcasm in the other post I made, it's genuine discomfort.

Why don't people just realize how the life cycle works.

This game is not going back the way it was, or will ever be how you wish it to be. The game is like the way it is until the end of its time. And that will be when PWI closes its doors on this specific game.

Enjoy it the way it is or move onto another one. They are making tonnes of money because of CS and there is not one of us who can convince the Marketing Team in PWI to change their ways if the money continues to flow in.
tatuaje: grinding mobs and zhenning ???
frankieraye:All right, I admit it, it's a bit retro. lol.
