I can't get past level 1???

I know it's silly that i'm almost lvl80 and still not really cared about crafting but i'm bored and i want to get into it.

Anyway it says i am lvl1 20% yet the blacksmith has no quests for me and the Elder only offers upgrades which i can't get because i'm not lvl2 yet.

I could make weapons but they all require level2 to do so.. I collected Pig Iron as requested but this was from lonnnnnnnnng ago. I can't even find the quest anymore...

Any idea how to get around this or what the problem may be?

    You just need to get to level 1 10/10 in your manufacturing skill, then go to an elder and learn the level 2 manufacturing skill. You should be able to learn it.

    And how do i do that if the only weapons i can manufacture are lvl2?

    Nevermind i went to a 'lower' city Blacksmith and the weapons there are lower lol.
