Need HELP!!!

I am trying to enter PWI from my PC but strange symbols appear...I dont know what to do maybe there is an encode needed?...I need HELP plzb:cryb:cry

    The first thing the panda would suggest to try is obviously verifying your client. Look for the "Verify" (surprise surprise) button on the launcher. Depending on your connection it may take awhile but it is always the first place to start when having technical problems with an installation that previously worked.

    If you're getting that when you click start on the launcher, and before it actually opens the client, it's more likely that your current video driver does not support Direct3D acceleration. (or that it is turned off.)
    This is very common in newer computers, recently refreshed windows installations, or systems that just haven't been updated in forever.

    I would start by performing a clean install of the most recent stable video drivers that you downloaded from the manufacturer's website. (Choose Advanced options and "Perform Clean Install")

    You may also need to update DirectX.

    It happened on my old computer. I updated the drivers and it worked. I think my grapics driver was the problem.
