Unfair Token System

GM's, please read before you judge. There seems to be a serious problem with the Token system. I been working on my characters for years now, unfortunately my characters got deleted for some reason. But even if so this should not delete anything else. Now I have a level 58 character but hardly any tokens.

A friend of me had already enough tokens to get herself a full Thunder outfit for her venomancer. She was just level 40 when she got this many tokens. I have not even nearly enough to get this same set completed. I been hearing more people complain about the very same thing, so what is wrong? is the system being selective of who gets tokens and who not? Or is it glitching? Having problems?

I can not see what is going on, but there is for sure something going on that keeps some people from gaining the tokens they should have earned already. For that matter the achievements that should be unlocked already.

I wish this to be fixed asap so no one has these problems anymore with the tokens and is able to buy the things they want. (delivery is btw excellent, on time and no problems). Not happy at all doing all this work without achievements unlocking and tokens not being given. b:angry

    You may want to ask her if she has any other characters on her account. Her playing other character may had resulted in that. If she doesnt have any other Characters on that account then maybe she has played other games hosted by this website. Those are just some things that maybe you should consider.

    I have multiple characters myself, so that shouldn't be a problem. Worse yet, lately I am a lot online but hardly gain anything besides leveling. She started herself only recently, which means not older then 2 months. And yes i concidered this, but I should have a lot more unlocked by now. Things that are not unlocked for some odd reason. For example:

    I'm not addicted yet!
    Forsaken King
    It's Too Fun to stop playing!
    In a committed relationship

    Well lots more, but it's just a tiny grasp of things that should be unlocked. Meaning there is deffenately something wrong. As I mentioned before, there are more people that have the same problems with these tokens. I been looking at this problem for some time but nothing is fixed so far, nor someone else dares to step up. Meaning I will have to if I want this to get fixed.

    Definitely open a ticket on this. Core system fails, and a few months ago they royally screwed it up. I know I'm missing a lot on my account, but don't care about any of the token shop items enough to submit a ticket.

    at the moment it tells me a total of 215 tokens gathered, for someone with a lvl 59 that should be already a lot more. Being on every day for the past 2 months, should be more then 30 days online, unless that counts in China as less then 30 days... Also I been working specially in December for at least 16 hours a day, meaning I also miss a lot of sleep to get these darned tokens... But yet again.. No tokens...

    They 'Royally screwed up' indeed as you said SylenThunder! Brownbag moments like these should be fixed right away, not wait till there are enough complaining about it! I do care about these tokens, it's a good way to gain new fashion other wise nearly impossible to get for me. Then they whole system fails to work... Great to find out after all that grinding and all those problems sleeping! Thanks alot developers! b:angry

    So ill get that ticket submitted I guess, since there is no GM that even looks in here it seems b:sad Just like anyone else I want progress, not getting stuck every time another fails delivering promises! b:angry

    very odd, my lvl 60 that i just received, got unlocked right away. But the other things are not! Also the I see this:

    Last update: September 9, 2011

    Meaning it takes forever to update, or someone is being lazy to do anything... I asked around, someone i know has her last update set to march 2011!

    At one point select achievements were removed from core. Such as the ones for speaking in world chat, log in times, economic ones, etc reducing the achievements earned. Some of these have been recently added back but not the full amounts older players had when core first went active.
