How to heal urself in PVP?

My mystic is on Lost City server ,a PVP server. I already hit lvl 32, and began to PVP with same-level players. I always have my buff filter on(which anyone knows helps in duel) but stilli have to select myself to hea me. Also, i would not want to keep the squad filter all the time (for surprise atacks). So my question is: how can I heal myself in normal PVP, without selectin me?
Edit: Can i heal myself without squad/faction filter in PVP?

    Im a noob, and dont know what you mean by filters, also never PvP except in TW - but as long as Im not targeting anything but a mob or boss, if I hit a heal, it always heals me.

    If the filters u speak of make a difference, I hope a PKer answers you.

    Are you laughed at if you throw down Vital & Healing herbs and just go about DDing?

    The second set of protections are where your answer lies. You need to tick either the "buff only if in faction" or "in squad". This means that unless your target is in your squad (or faction if you ticked that one), the buff/heal will affect yourself instead =)

    I might add that obviously you are at the very bottom end of the PK lvls, and you may want to consider waiting before entering PK mode, or at least take precautions to protect yourself from gear loss.

    The OP is on a PvP server. :3 Stated that in their first post. They're automatically forced into PK mode at level 30; personally I think it's smart that they at least try fighting to get some early experience to learn what does what in PvP so they don't do poorly automatically at higher levels.

    To the OP, Marid was right about the protections. (: I usually leave the squad one ticked, since squadmates can't attack you anyways unless they drop squad.

    Duels you dont need filter, if your gonna pk make sure you got red named filter, or else you'll end up healing them!

    Go to your pvp protections and click the option that says "buff will be cast on you if target is red named."

    This means that anytime you use a positive skill, it will be cast on you even if you have the other person targeted.
